Oscar aka Ossie, is Pestonia Station's Technology Director and Chief of Research and Development. An 11 year-old child prodigy, Ossie develops Pestonia Station's security systems and all of Hogman's tech and weaponry. If Hogman is the farm's brawn, then Ossie is its brain.
